This Lent, you are invited to stay after Sunday worship for an exploration of Atul Gawande’s book, Being Mortal. We’ll explore the sacred intersection of life purpose and end-of-life care, discussing everything from advance directives to the deep work of meaning-making.
As part of our time together, we will create a “To-Go Box,” a collection of vital documents and plans needed for the future. It is a simple, practical way to package your wishes, offering a roadmap of peace for those you love and those who love you most.
You can learn more about the book, Being Mortal, by clicking here. You can order the book from your favorite bookseller.
You can also watch a PBS documentary on the book here.

NOTE: On Thurs March 26 (6-8pm), there will also be a Being Mortal Book Discussion in the TAPC Parlor with Pastor Katie. See that event posting on the website for details.
