Overview Christmas Card Order Form

Now through Sun Dec 14, you can purchase one or more Christmas cards to send to loved ones to let them know a gift has been made in their name to benefit the Elizabeth Andrews Fund, which enables pastoral staff to assist people in immediate need with items such as groceries, gas, or bus passes.

Each card comes with an envelope and can be purchased for a minimum of $10 per card (if you would like to donate more per card, you are welcome to).  

 

HOW TO PURCHASE

You can either:

  • Purchase cards in person on Sun Dec 7 and Sun Dec 14 right before or after the 10am worship service
  • Or you can place an order online below and we can have the cards available at the church to pick up anytime between Mon Nov 24 and Sun Dec 21.

 

TWO STEPS FOR ORDERING CARDS ONLINE 

Step 1: Select card(s)

  1. Fill out the below form and choose the card(s) you want. 
  2. At the end of click the Submit button.

Step 2: Pay for card(s)

  • After submitting the card-selection form, you will see a submission confirmation page with the link to pay online with a credit or debit card (the payment page is trinityave.org/online-giving ).
    • In the payment box, where it says "Give to General Fund," change this to "Give to Christmas Cards."
    • Follow the prompts to finish making your payment.
